Our goal is to have bulls and females in the top 5% of the Black Angus breed for the major traits related to performance, maternal and carcass EPD’s .
We are excited about our adventure into the Angus business. We feel that this exciting opportunity will further our commitment toward producing the right kind of cattle that meet with our customers demands. We hand-selected every female in our Angus program from the breed’s most proven and progressive Angus operations. We feel fortunate that many of the Angus breed’s most popular and high-dollar generating females are now home at Flying H Ranch, home of DHT Angus and Bucks and Spurs Guest Ranch.
We have purchased cows, bulls and embryos from some of the top herds in USA. We started by purchasing pairs with heifer calves from a breeder who had used AI on most of his herd for the last 40 years. That same breeder has been in the Angus business for over 54 years. We followed up by purchasing embryos from a world renowned herd. SAV has claim to some of the top breeding in the Angus business. SAV has been in the Angus business 68 years.
We have taken the best of this selection and established our embryo program. We pay strong attention to maternal traits, udder quality, fertility and fleshing ability in our cow herd, paralleled with stringent demands on performance.

All frozen embryos will be direct transfer grade 1 and 2 shipped from Ava, Missouri. Buyer pays all shipping. These embryos were collected by DVM Greg Lenz and have been stored at Ranch Management Trust Ava, Missouri. 50% guarantee on transfer within 12 months by certified technician. Replacements with embryos of like quality. ET Flush to Lass and Lena to buyers choice of Black Angus bulls. Price includes 6 grade one or grade two embryos per cow. Any overage will be prorated with buyer give first chance to purchase embryos. Buyer to furnish semen and shipping cost of embryos. Flush to be completed within 60 days from sale.
